Helped You or Hurt You?

I sit here so saddened,      my heart pounds full of pain- For these feelings locked inside of me      I cannot quite explain! I felt that I was not deserving      of what was given me. I felt that this great gift of thine      was far too good to be. But sometimes there are people      whom in our lives we'll just meet People who so magically      make our lives complete. They teach us how to love      and they help our lives to grow; They teach us so very simply      through the love that they do show.
