Being Kind?

One of the most terrible things      that I could ever think to do Would have to be the thought      of my hurting you. Words cannot describe      this sorrow that I feel; How could I have allowed myself      to get into this ordeal? I feel so very awful,      like I've committed some terrible crime- And all this has so suddenly happened      in such a short amount of time! What am I to do now-      what am I to say; Will I wake up now beside myself      each and every day? If anything can straighten this mess      I pray the answer I soon find...
