May love
May love be with you all
as you sleep as you lay your head to slumber
May all the lumber in your head
turn to dust, turned to less then air
Know that I think of you ever second of the day
In new realities, in new parades
The what ifs become the
what now's |

Endearing poem Joe - Life would be more of a blessing if we could leave the stress of each day behind i.e. "Lumbar" and peacefully fall asleep till the next morning-
Short but very touching,
Deni

Joe-
This is a sweet piece. It really doesn’t matter the audience, family, friends, nations, poets- the result is the same. It is also a universal “reality” for all but the most cloistered curmudgeons.
L4 “then” (than).
This is a piece I’ve read several times and it sticks with one’s heart. It is a piece that draws every reader to take the content and apply it to whatever is a part of their life, aside from the authors direct subject.
Excellent Piece.
